and then the drawings suck major ass, and you have no idea how to lip sync either, you just made a mouth move up and down.

wrong.. it's more synchron than many other flash I've seen already. Perhaps it would help if I'd say that I started to make this flash about 2 hours ago? It wouldn't be a lie ;)

Keep the 3-d, Lose everything else

The 3-d was good, and you used it at the right times, but some of the times the charecters looks just plain awful (and thats for stick figures), every one of them looked disturbing. Sound was ok, but not great.

Oh please! Do you even KNOW how hard it is to make non-stick movies? like 6 months for 1 minute!!!!! That it just a plain waste of life. I would rather make something like this than make something that took me 6 months for one minute.
